The idea
A free, private companion for anyone facing addiction or compulsive behaviour. Understand your impulses, get through difficult moments and regain control one day at a time.
Why it exists
People dealing with addiction or compulsive behaviours often feel alone. Everyday tools are not designed to accompany that process, and help should not depend on money.
What we've built
A supportive digital companion that combines guided breathing, journaling, pattern tracking and real psychology — without sermons, subscriptions or locked features.
How it works
Users open the app in moments of craving, follow short guided exercises, log their day and gradually discover their own triggers and what truly helps. Progress is tracked with milestones and a calendar; a setback does not erase what has been learned.
Main features
- "Tinc ganes" emergency guide — two minutes to let the craving wave pass
- Guided breathing with a circle that breathes at the right pace
- Daily journal and pattern tracking over time
- Twelve psychology modules on habits, triggers, automatic thoughts and self-compassion
- Personal path with milestones, victories and calendar
- Private, free and without ads or subscriptions
Who it's for
Adults facing any addiction or compulsive behaviour, and organisations that support them.
Potential impact
A free, accessible tool that reduces shame and isolation while helping people build self-awareness and healthier patterns.
